Job summary

Stantec’s Buildings team invites applications for a Project ICT Designer in the US West. The selected candidate will manage technical day-to-day design of Telecommunications, Security and A/V construction documents, collaborating across the Stantec Buildings Mountain Engineering team.

Ideal candidates bring experience in high-tech facilities and be proficient with Revit and BIM modeling, with willingness to work on client sites and meet site access requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating schematic design and construction documents for Technology rooms (Telecom, Security, A/V).
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM modeling.
• Willing to work on client sites and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schematic design and construction documents with emphasis on Telecom, Security, and A/V requirements.
• Develop designs using Revit and BIM modeling tools.
• Perform site condition surveys and review contract submittals.
• Support multiple design teams and projects to deliver results on time.
• Maintain strong time management to meet varying deadlines.
• Produce quality work with innovative building design approaches.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across projects.
• Be willing to work on client sites and meet badge/background requirements.
