Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in ICT outsourcing, third-party management, vendor risk, IT governance, or similar regulated function.
• Solid understanding of governance, documentation, and risk/compliance for external providers.
• Experience with risk assessments, service levels, control evidence, recurring reporting, and cross-functional governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational execution of ICT third‑party governance across external providers and intra‑group outsourcing.
• Drive risk assessments, due diligence processes, and recurring reviews with stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve the outsourcing register, governance documentation, and supporting evidence base.
• Prepare, structure, and run governance and review routines, including reporting, meetings, escalation tracking, and action follow-up.
• Identify and advance process improvements and AI-assisted automation to scale the function over time.
