• Minimum 3–5 years in financial services with regulatory knowledge
• Fluent in German and English; Mandarin a plus
• Experience with incident management tools and IT service management (ITSM)

Aufgaben

• Detect, address and resolve ICT incidents to minimize disruptions.
• Develop, implement and manage communication strategies for ICT- and encryption-related incidents with reporting.
• Implement ICT business continuity or response plans during crises and conduct regular drills.
• Handle encryption-related incidents ensuring policy compliance and resilience.
• Detect, escalate, document incidents; coordinate responses for timely resolution and recurrence prevention.
• Communicate incidents and EU operations announcements with regulatory relevance; ensure transparency.
• Disseminate timely, accurate information to stakeholders supporting regulatory obligations.
• Coordinate and assist in the global ICT Incident and Communication practice.
• Perform other IT duties as assigned by EU CISO.
