Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in electronic manufacturing test systems.
• Proficiency with ICT platforms and Flying Probe test programming.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and debug test programs for ICT and Flying Probe equipment.
• Generate and maintain test plans, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering for DFT requirements on NPI.
• Monitor FPY data and implement continuous improvement actions.
• Troubleshoot non-conforming products and test failures; perform root cause analysis.
• Tune test limits to reduce false failures and improve throughput.
• Maintain ICT and Flying Probe systems via routine calibration and repairs.
• Provide direct technical support to production technicians to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Design teams to resolve defects.
• Train technicians and operators on new test procedures and equipment.
