Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking a Flying Probe and ICT Test Engineer in Huntsville, AL. The role focuses on designing, developing, and debugging test programs for ICT and Flying Probe systems, with strong emphasis on DFT and NPI readiness.

You will monitor FPY, analyze test data, and collaborate with Design/Manufacturing to improve yields and reliability. A background in electrical engineering and hands-on testing is required, with willingness to train newer engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in electronic manufacturing, specifically in developing and supporting test systems.
• Proficient with test program development on ICT platforms and Flying Probe technology.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and debug test programs for ICT and Flying Probe equipment.
• Create and maintain test documentation including plans and procedures.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering to define DFT requirements for NPI.
• Analyze test data and FPY; implement continuous improvement actions.
• Perform routine maintenance and provide technical support to minimize downtime.
• Train technicians on new test procedures and equipment operation.
