Job summary

HumCap is seeking a Test Engineer to support electronics manufacturing by developing and improving test processes. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure products are tested effectively and reliably.

The ideal candidate has a strong electrical engineering background and hands-on experience with manufacturing test environments, including flying probe and functional testing. Join our EMS/electronics team to bridge engineering and manufacturing goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience as a Test Engineer in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of electronic testing methods and processes.
• Experience with flying probe testing required.
• Experience with functional test development/troubleshooting.
• Ability to translate customer test requirements into manufacturing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers to transfer test requirements into manufacturing.
• Review customer specifications and develop test strategies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing test processes.
• Program and support flying probe test systems.
• Troubleshoot test failures and support production teams.
• Develop functional test solutions for electronic assemblies.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve test issues.
• Assist with test development from concept to production.
• Recommend improvements to test coverage and quality.
