Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. seeks a Project ICT Designer to manage day-to-day design of Telecom, Security and A/V systems in construction documents. You will collaborate across the Buildings Mountain Engineering team, with experience in data centers, healthcare, and science & technology facilities essential.

Strong BIM skills and willingness to work on client sites are required. The role emphasizes coordination, contract document development, and delivering innovative building

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.
• Certifications: BICSI, RCDD, AVIXA CTS or CTS-D, ASIS PSP.
• Fundamental understanding of ISP/OSP telecom design.
• Independently work within a multi-office technology systems group.
• Designing and implementing industrial networks (Ethernet, Modbus, Profibus).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare schematic design and construction documents for Telecom, Security, and A/V.
• Develop expertise with Revit and BIM modeling and perform site condition surveys.
• Review contract submittals and support multiple design teams to deliver results.
• Meet deadlines with strong time management and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Be willing to work on client sites and meet background check requirements.
