Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in Andrews, Texas is seeking an IT Analyst (Regulated Environment) to support hardware, systems, and applications in a highly regulated setting. On-site role with hands-on responsibilities and clear ownership across technology.

You will install and configure technology, maintain hardware, run security checks, and help staff with access and troubleshooting, while advancing your technical progression in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, plus 3 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general database/spreadsheet software
• Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced, regulated environment

Responsibilities

• Install and configure new technology, including hardware, networks, security systems, keycard entry, and applications
• Maintain existing hardware and troubleshoot systems, diagnosing and resolving issues as they arise
• Evaluate, test, and roll out new applications or operating systems company-wide
• Set up employee profiles, emails, access credentials, and support password-related issues
• Run regular security checks and electrical safety tests on all systems and UPS units
• Write reports on the status of company hardware and software
