Job summary

Staffmark is hiring for an ICQA position in Hebron, KY. The role focuses on inspecting materials, verifying quality standards, and ensuring accuracy across inventory records within a distribution center.

You will investigate discrepancies, perform cycle counts, and utilize WMS/OMS tools to maintain documentation and reporting. The job requires strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Must pass a basic math assessment.
• Strong understanding of inventory processes, data accuracy, and warehouse documentation.
• Minimum 2 years experience with inventory management systems in high-volume warehouse environment.
• Experience researching inventory discrepancies, product variances, and problem orders.
• Strong data entry, inventory reconciliation, and recordkeeping experience.
• Experience operating forklifts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and bin location variances.
• Research and troubleshoot problem orders, receipts, and inventory transactions.
• Perform system entries to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct cycle counts, product counts, and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Stage materials in designated warehouse locations and support inventory flow.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Utilize WMS and order management systems to maintain documentation and reporting.
• Follow quality assurance processes, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
