Job summary

Amazon Fort Wayne is seeking an ICQA Area Manager to lead the Inventory Control and Quality Assurance team within our fulfillment center. You will drive safety actions, count accuracy, and audit performance while managing shift plans and program delivery across the ICQA function.

In this role you will partner with operations managers, drive process improvements, and coach the ICQA team to support rapid growth and high customer-obsessed standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Strong communication in English, verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• Own ICQA safety actions and SOX-related compliance, with reporting and corrective actions.
• Own ICQA count, productivity, and audit metrics according to network strategies.
• Plan shifts and manage the ICQA roster and spend plan.
• Deliver required programs (ADAPT, Connections, Thrive).
• Identify defect opportunities and drive quality improvements in inbound/outbound processes.
• Support regional and network-wide quality strategies and action plans.
• Review customer complaints and defect data to reduce incidents.
