Job summary

Accelera is seeking an Inventory Control Quality Assurance Lead for first shift in Carson, CA. You will oversee warehouse inventory, quality assurance, and daily operations, mentoring staff and collaborating with leaders to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires onsite presence from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with experience in palletizing, shipping documentation, and safety practices. Proficiency in WMS and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse setting.
• Proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay mobile for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading, unloading, and palletizing of freight.
• Inspect shipments and conduct inventory checks for accuracy.
• Train staff on SOPs and Warehouse Management System use.
• Operate reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and order pickers safely.
• Support outbound logistics through proper labeling, ULDs, and staging.
