Responsabilités

• Ensure inventory accuracy across receiving, stocking, picking, and packing with high quality
• Maintain internal error trackers and track accountability to meet productivity and accuracy standards
• Inspect inventory for incorrect items, quantities, damaged or expired products and erroneous data entries
• Capture data trends to identify training gaps and drive process improvements
• Record and maintain daily data sheets and reporting forms for submission
• Assist in training new and current employees to standardize processes and address issues within the department
• Provide feedback to leadership when required
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely and in compliance with policies
• Meet performance standards for efficiency, accuracy, and quality of work
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and report hazards
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Comply with all company and warehouse policies
• Flex into other positions and duties as needed to support operations
