Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of inventory control, warehouse operations, cycle counting, or order management experience in a high-volume distribution or warehouse environment.
• Experience researching inventory discrepancies, location variances, and order issues.
• Hands‑on experience with inventory transactions, data entry, and inventory accuracy reporting.
• Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management and warehouse personnel.
• Experience maintaining quality standards and following inventory control procedures.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform inventory counts throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a distribution center environment with varying temperatures, heights, and moderate noise levels.
• Ability to work overtime or non‑standard hours as business needs require.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.

Job Duties

• Investigate inventory discrepancies, bin location variances, shipping issues, and receiving concerns.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and product counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Enter and update inventory transactions within warehouse management and order management systems.
• Research and resolve inventory, order, and receipt discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, item locations, and system data.
• Stage, move, and organize materials within designated warehouse locations.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to support inventory and material movement.
• Follow quality assurance procedures and inventory control standards.
• Prepare and maintain inventory documentation and work records.
• Support daily warehouse operations and perform additional duties as assigned to ensure efficient distribution center performance.
