Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Kentucky to lead in-store execution for iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock to delight shoppers.

You’ll visit stores daily, capture display photos, and communicate insights to RTMs and management. A valid driver’s license and a positive, self-motivated attitude are essential for success in this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands/owner of the biscuit aisle.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle.
