Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring our iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will visit stores, stock shelves, and place displays while managing product orders via iPad and Salesforce.

The role emphasizes building strong store relationships, executing RTM plans, and supporting seasonal launches. A valid driver’s license and ability to perform physical duties are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks: lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional 50+ lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Cranberry Township, PA; secondary location Mars, PA.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday; Start time 6:00am–8:00am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and align with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, product launches, and merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety; perform physical duties including lifting and moving products.
