Job Description

Theskilled pizzamakerwillbe responsible forpreparing and cooking pizzas according tothe recipesand customer preferences.This position worksin a fast-paced kitchen environment andensurethe quality, consistency, and presentation of every pizza that leavesthekitchen.

Essential Functions

• Prepare and cook pizzas to the highest standards, following established recipes and customer preferences.
• Stretch and shape dough, ensuring the perfect crust thickness and consistency.
• Add and arrange toppings, sauces, and cheeses according to customer orders.
• Operate pizza ovens and cooking equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all pizzas are cooked to the proper temperature and deliveredin a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels andassistwith ordering ingredients when needed.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to provide excellent customer service.
• Assistwith prep work forpizzadough, sauces, and other ingredients asrequired.
• Handle customer special requests or dietary needs as needed.

Competency

• Previousexperience ina pizza-making or kitchen role is preferred but notrequired.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilemaintaininga high levelof quality.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in foodpresentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Work Environment
