Job Description

The skilled pizza maker will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas according to the recipes and customer preferences. This position works in a fast‑paced kitchen environment and ensures the quality, consistency, and presentation of every pizza that leaves the kitchen.

Essential Functions

• Prepare and cook pizzas to the highest standards, following established recipes and customer preferences.
• Stretch and shape dough, ensuring the perfect crust thickness and consistency.
• Add and arrange toppings, sauces, and cheeses according to customer orders.
• Operate pizza ovens and cooking equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all pizzas are cooked to the proper temperature and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering ingredients when needed.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and front‑of‑house team to provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with prep work for pizza dough, sauces, and other ingredients as required.
• Handle customer special requests or dietary needs as needed.
