Job summary

Thatch is hiring an Implementation Manager to guide mid-market employers through the transition to Thatch, from planning to post-launch handoff. You will orchestrate cross-functional work, ensuring a smooth enrollment experience for employees and a scalable implementation process.

You will educate employers, coordinate with data integrations, and become a trusted advisor on health benefits and ICHRA/CHOICE.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer implementations or onboarding programs.
• Strong project and process management with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent customer communication, facilitation, education, and training.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Own implementations from planning through launch and post-handoff.
• Build clear project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and escalation paths.
• Lead customers through organizational changes to adopt ICHRA/CHOICE.
• Educate employers and plan admins, providing knowledge to manage new benefits.
• Develop enrollment strategies and employee communications tailored to each employer.
