HOME OF HOPE, INC. in Vinita, Oklahoma seeks an ICF/IID Administrator to oversee administrative services and supervise staff including Residential Support Leaders, QDDPs, DSPs and CMAs. The role directs activities, prioritizes work, and ensures programs run smoothly with timely completion.

You will participate in management decisions, mentor staff, coordinate units for efficient operation, review directives and budgets, and provide guidance on policies and regulations to ensure compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Residential Support Leaders, QDDPs, DSPs and CMAs including hiring, orientation, training, evaluation and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate administrative needs of the program; prioritize and schedule work to ensure timely completion and smooth operations.
• Serve on the management team, provide guidance on policies and regulations, and mentor staff to maintain compliance and quality care.
