Home of Hope seeks an ICF/IID Administrator to lead our Vinita, OK programs. You will supervise Residential Support Leaders, QDDPs, DSPs and CMAs, ensuring services run smoothly and compliantly. You will coordinate activities across units, mentor staff, and guide operations in line with HOH policies.

The role partners with the Director of Administrative Services, oversees budgeting and reporting, and serves as an EEO advisor while resolving personnel issues and ensuring high-quality care.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Residential Support Leaders, QDDPs, DSPs and CMAs
• Direct and prioritize work to support clerical and administrative needs
• Mentor staff and train new hires; participate in management decisions
• Conduct meetings to disseminate information and coordinate units for efficiency
• Review directives and HOH policies; apply changes to programs
• Participate in employee relations, EEO advisory duties, and resolve complaints
• Interpret policy and regulatory guidance, and determine deviations from policy
• Assist in development and monitoring of annual operating budgets; prepare budget reports
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and monitor spending within budget parameters
