Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Environmental Health and Safety: report hazards and maintain safety standards to protect residents and staff.
• Resident Care: deliver high quality care, assist with bathing, feeding, grooming and promote independence.
• IDD Programming: support physical, nutritional, PT/OT and behavioral services per plan; accompany residents on activities.
• Reporting and Recordkeeping: document progress, incidents, care logs, and inventory records promptly.
• Training and Development: complete required trainings and pursue professional growth opportunities.
