Job summary

ETHEREUM TECHNOLOGIES LLC seeks a seasoned iCertis Solutions Architect to own and lead the CLM platform, setting architecture, health, and roadmap. You will drive configuration, reporting, and robust integrations across enterprise systems, partnering with legal, sales, procurement, and finance to translate requirements into technical solutions.

You will steward data models and governance, ensuring security best practices and platform stability while guiding optimization and BI-focused

Responsibilities

Platform Ownership & Strategy: Act as the subject matter expert and primary owner of the iCertis CLM platform, governing its architecture, health, and roadmap.
Solution Design & Configuration: Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of iCertis modules, including complex workflow engines, business rules, document templates, and smart contract configurations.
System Optimization & Support: Ensure platform stability and performance. Proactively identify and implement optimizations to improve user experience, process efficiency, and data integrity.
Integration Leadership: Architect, oversee, and troubleshoot integrations between iCertis and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRIS).
Business Collaboration: Partner with legal, sales, procurement, and finance teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and actionable reporting.
Data Model Management: Maintain and evolve the platform's data model to support reporting analytics and business intelligence needs.
Governance & Best Practices: Establish and enforce configuration, development, and security best practices for the iCertis environment.
