Job summary

Cencora seeks a product-focused leader to drive enterprise CLM initiatives using Icertis. You will translate strategy into actionable features, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and guide platform evolution to maximize value and compliance across the contracting lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in enterprise software leadership, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to partner with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Technology teams to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting, managing, or owning enterprise software platforms.
• Experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, Platform Owner, or similar role.
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM); Icertis preferred.
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, Compliance, Finance and Tech stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing vendors.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain backlog with clear objectives and guardrails for priorities.
• Analyze business value, technical considerations, and impacts for decisions.
• Refine artifacts and requirements across teams to improve backlog quality.
• Define roadmap and platform evolution for CLM capabilities.
• Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, and vendors.
• Drive automation and standardization to improve contracting processes.
• Establish success measures and monitor value realization of the Icertis platform.
