Job summary

Mercier Consultancy is seeking an Icelandic-speaking Technical Support specialist for our online video department. You will assist customers, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear guidance.

Full-time, 40 hours per week, with paid training. Relocation to Athens is supported with a fully paid package including flight, airport transfer, and hotel stay, plus private health insurance and two extra salaries per year.

Qualifications

• We require C1/C2 Icelandic level in writing and speaking.
• Native language and nationality must be listed in CV/Cover Letter.
• EU passport is required.
• Candidates must be living in Athens or willing to relocate with relocation package.
• Prior experience in technical support is preferred.
