Qualifications

• Fluency in Icelandic (written and spoken).
• Good English knowledge (B2 or higher).

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, live chat, and email with inquiries about products, orders, bookings, or accounts.
