Job summary

Legends is seeking an Ice Technician / Zamboni Driver to support the North Charleston Coliseum & PAC. This part-time role entails operating ice resurfacing equipment, performing maintenance, and ensuring optimal ice quality for events.

The position requires working nights, weekends and holidays, with physical labor in cold environments. Experience with ice resurfacers and familiarity with facility maintenance, HVAC and safety practices are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience driving ice resurfacers such as Zamboni or similar equipment.
• Knowledge of building maintenance related to HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, painting.
• Technical knowledge of tools and equipment used in facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate Zamboni and Ice Edger to maintain ice quality.
• Perform required safety checks and follow all Legends & ASM policies.
• Work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Maintain and monitor mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems related to the facilities.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in assigned areas after events.
