Job summary

Easy Ice in Miami, FL is seeking a Technician II to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of ice machines through installation, cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting. You will work on-site with customers, diagnosing issues and documenting service activities while upholding Easy Ice brand and safety standards.

We value high-energy, customer-focused individuals with EPA 2 certification and strong communication skills, willing to lead installations and mentor junior techs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational/technical training preferred.
• 1+ year experience diagnosing and repairing commercial equipment.
• EPA 2 Certification.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Install, clean, maintain, troubleshoot and install Easy Ice equipment to improve life and reliability.
• Provide on-site service and support with a focus on customer relationships.
• Train and mentor less senior technicians as required.
• Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing tasks.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Document all service actions with photos, forms, and logs.
