ASM Global is seeking an Operations Supervisor at the DCU Center in Worcester, MA to oversee daily operations, ice installation, maintenance, and event support.

The role requires supervising housekeeping, setup/changeover, and coordinating with engineering and safety teams to ensure smooth events. Applicants should have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and be willing to train on the Zamboni.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of facilities experience.
• Willingness to train on the Zamboni is required.
• Current driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares ice floor for events and maintains ice operations.
• Supervises housekeeping, setup/changeover and tear down tasks.
• Oversees ice installation, maintenance, depth checks, and water treatment.
• Coordinates with engineering, building, grounds, public safety and security teams.
• Manages staff schedules and event-related operations.
