Job summary

Oak View Group's Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert, CA is seeking enthusiastic Ice Crew members for the season. You will assist with ice maintenance during game promos, warm-ups, and intermissions, keeping ice in top condition and engaging fans during pre-game activities.

Must be an advanced skater with 1+ years ice rink experience or hockey knowledge, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ice conditions during the game through snow removal.
• Execute 90–100 second promotional timeout ice maintenance.
• Assist with board, glass maintenance and ice-surface needs.
• Stage in-game props and promotions on-ice during intermissions.
• Engage fans during pre-game for contests and promotions.
• Assist with pre-game activations and walkthroughs by the Firebirds Promo Team.
• Set up and tear down rubber matting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
