Job summary

Iowa Wild Hockey Club is seeking motivated Ice Operations Crew members to support ice maintenance and assist with on-ice promotions during intermissions. You will engage fans and deliver friendly, high-energy service throughout Casey's Center.

Responsibilities include maintaining ice during media timeouts, assisting with promotional activities, and acting as a positive arena ambassador at Iowa Wild home games. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in skating required.
• Demonstrated customer service mindset.
• Ability to engage fans and communicate positively.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced arena.

Responsibilities

• Assist ice maintenance and removal of snow/ice during timeouts.
• Help prepare and perform on-ice promotions during intermissions.
• Engage fans as ambassadors and provide friendly service.
• Work 90% of home games during the 2025-2026 season.
• Stand or skate up to five hours; lift up to 50 lbs.
