Job summary

Iowa Wild is seeking an Ice Operations Crew member to support ice maintenance during timeouts and help execute on-ice promotions during intermissions. You will engage fans, serve as an arena ambassador, and contribute to a top-tier game-day experience.

Roles require some post-secondary education, the ability to skate proficiently, and a customer-service mindset. The position offers a flexible schedule aligned with home games and entertainment activities.

Qualifications

• Some post-secondary education is preferred, not required.
• Ability to skate at a proficient level.
• Experience working on an ice rink preferred, not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ice maintenance during media timeouts.
• Assist in on-ice promotional activities and games during intermissions.
• Interact with fans as ambassadors to Iowa Wild and Casey’s Center.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests in the arena.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
