Job summary

Oak View Group’s Angel of the Winds Arena in Everett, WA seeks an Ice Rink Supervisor to oversee on‑site staff, ensure safe, efficient operations, and provide top‑tier customer service during public skate, events and tournaments. You’ll manage rink programs, assist with training, and coordinate daily operations with a focus on safety and guest experience.

The role requires flexible hours, weekend availability, and the ability to lift heavy equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Cash register and cash handling experience is a plus.
• Must be punctual, organized and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision of Ice Rink Attendants and shift oversight.
• Ensure professional representation and customer service quality.
• Support training, motivation and evaluation of staff.
• Handle safety incidents, document reports, and enforce rink rules.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and daily financial controls.
• Coordinate with user groups and manage programs/events.
• Maintain records of operations, incidents and staffing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
