The position emphasizes friendly customer interactions, precise cash handling, and maintaining clean, organized equipment and displays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to work at United Dairy Farmers.
• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Must be able to lift at least 21 pounds and operate cold/freezer equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests.
• Prepare shakes, cones, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed containers.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately and handle transactions.
• Keep shelves and freezers stocked and presentable; rotate stock.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, monitor temperatures.
• Complete time records and Customer First Document accurately.
