Job summary

Oberweis is seeking a high-energy Store Manager to lead our ice cream shop to sweet success. You’ll be the right-hand to the District Manager, supervising scoop teams, ensuring top customer service, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have prior leadership in food service, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and evening availability required; growth opportunities abound in a fun, waffle-cone scented workplace.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in food service preferred.
• Positive, upbeat attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to lead, supervise and train employees in product prep, portioning, packaging and cleaning duties.
• Manage cost controls and inventory.

Responsibilities
