Job summary

Oberweis is hiring a high-energy Shift Leader/Key Holder to help run our ice cream shop. You’ll be the right-hand to the Store Manager, leading the scoop squad and delivering smiles through outstanding customer service, especially during nights and weekends.

You’ll manage opening or closing shifts, maintain cleanliness and stock, and foster a fun, waffle-cone scented environment. Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience required.
• Positive, upbeat attitude with strong customer service focus.
• Weekend/evening availability is required.
