Job summary

Oberweis Store Manager position at our ice cream shop is seeking a high-energy leader to guide a fun, fast-paced team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Youll work closely with the District Manager to keep operations running smoothly and inventory ready.

Responsibilities include supervising shifts, training staff in prep and cleaning, and managing costs. Weekend/evening availability is required to sustain our waffle-cone atmosphere and community presence.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in food service preferred.
• Positive, upbeat attitude.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train all employees in product preparation, including portioning, packaging, and cleaning duties.
• Manage cost controls and inventory.
• Weekend and evening availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate our scoop squad.
• Deliver top-tier customer service with extra sprinkles.
• Manage shifts, schedules, and daily operations.
• Keep the shop sparkling clean and organized.
• Handle inventory and prevent stockouts.
• Assist with scoop, serve, and celebrate with customers.
• Community relations and customer experience.
