Job summary

The Ice Cream Operator at Kinsley Power Systems will operate and monitor equipment across mixing, freezing, extrusion, filling and both primary and secondary packaging to ensure product quality and safety. This role supports efficient production flow, sanitation standards and cross-functional teamwork.

You will follow FDA, HACCP, SQF and GMP standards, perform in-process quality checks, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to keep production running smoothly, with flexible hours as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical training in food processing preferred.
• Prior experience in dairy or food manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor ice cream production equipment including mixing, freezing, extrusion, filling, and packaging.
• Perform in-process quality checks for weight, texture, flavor accuracy, and packaging appearance.
• Follow FDA, HACCP, SQF, and GMP sanitation and safety requirements and document data promptly.
• Coordinate with maintenance for repairs; ensure cleaning and sanitizing per SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and support continuous improvement.
