Job summary

The Ice Cream Operator at Kinsley Power Systems will operate and monitor equipment across mixing, freezing, extrusion, filling, and primary/secondary packaging, ensuring product quality and safety while supporting efficient production flow.

This role requires adherence to sanitation standards, completion of QA checks, and collaboration with production, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues and maintain specs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training in food processing preferred.
• Experience with dairy or food manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mixing, freezing, extrusion, filling, and packaging lines.
• Perform in-process quality checks for weight, texture, and labeling accuracy.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards, document data promptly.
• Set up and adjust equipment for batch specs and overrun targets.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues.
