• Mixing & flavor preparation: measure ingredients and ensure proper blending.
• Operate and monitor continuous freezers for texture and consistency.
• Quality & compliance: in-process checks and adherence to HACCP, SQF, FDA guidelines.
• Maintenance & safety: basic troubleshooting and clean, safe work area.
• Perform other duties to support operations as needed.
