Qualifications

• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have good math and problem solving skills.
• Must be computer literate.
• Willingness to work nights, weekend, overtime, holidays as scheduled
• Ability to perform in an extreme cold environment
• Hold multiple forklift certifications

Responsibilities

• Operate high reach forklifts and perform inventory support tasks.
• Maintain order accuracy and KPI targets.
• Comply with GMPs and safety regulations.
• Participate in LEAN activities and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues in the battery room.
• Coordinate with teams across routes such as palletizing and replenishing
