Job summary

Perry’s Ice Cream is seeking a production team member for the 1st shift (7am to 3:30pm, Mon-Fri) in New York. You will help ensure safe, high-quality packaged products and maintain sanitation standards in the packaging center.

You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, follow instructions, and communicate effectively with teammates in a fast-paced environment. Overtime may be required to meet daily demands.

Qualifications

• Must have basic mechanical skills.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Able to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to communicate effectively with co-workers at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the proper flow of finished product entering and exiting the packaging equipment, including case packing and shrink wrappers.
• Maintain packaging center sanitation in accordance with company guidelines and regulations.
