Job summary

Turkey Hill is hiring an Ice Cream Materials Associate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Lancaster, PA. The role includes sanitation, QA testing, materials handling, and PIT operations in the ice cream materials area. Rotating 12-hour shifts (5:55am–6:00pm) require teamwork, adherence to GMP/SQF, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must work in a team environment.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds as part of daily duties.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform and record sanitation duties for the ice cream materials team.
• Conduct QA tests and checks for materials areas.
• Operate and monitor palletizing, tray operations, and material receiving.
• Load, unload, and stage ingredients using PIT as required.
• Follow GMP and SQF Food Safety practices and maintain PPE and safety guidelines.
