STATEN ISLAND SKATING PAVILION is looking for a dependable maintenance/Zamboni driver in New York, NY. The role involves maintaining ice quality, cleaning facilities, and ensuring safety for skaters and guests. The ideal candidate should be responsible, punctual, and capable of performing physical tasks. This position includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, cleaning, operating equipment).

Responsibilities

• Driving and operating the Zamboni to maintain ice quality.
• Opening and closing the facility as scheduled.
• General facility cleaning (lobby, locker rooms, bathrooms, etc.).
• Properly setting up and storing hockey equipment.
• Completing and updating maintenance log book.
• Assisting with basic repairs and facility upkeep as needed.
• Insuring all areas are safe and presentable for daily operations.
