Qualifications

• 1-3 years operating an ice resurfacer.
• Basic knowledge of ice related activities.
• Prior experience working in an ice rental environment.

Responsibilities

• Resurface ice between sessions as needed.
• Work independently to resolve user issues or emergencies.
• Perform maintenance duties using hand or machine tools.
• Perform opening and closing shift checks on the ice and resurfacers.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory of resurfacer room.
• Maintain proper logging of ice and machine maintenance.
• Perform depth measurements to maintain a level surface.
• Inspect rink and shielding for damage.
• Communicate repairs identified to arena management.
