Job summary

FMC Ice Sports is seeking a Facility Supervisor to oversee on-site staff and facilities, ensuring clean, safe, and healthy venues open to the public. You will drive an ice resurfacer and work hours include nights, weekends, and some holidays to support patrons and operations.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, 21+ with a valid license, and at least 1 year of arena experience; resurfacer experience is preferred but training may be provided.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Driver’s License.
• One (1) year work experience in an ice arena or similar organization; knowledge of equipment preferred.
• Experience driving an ice resurfacer operation preferred, but training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and secure the facility.
• Make and maintain ice surface and maintain arena facilities.
• Complete and maintain required logs.
• Ensure facilities are cleaned on a regular basis.
• Scheduling and payroll as determined by the General/Arena Manager.
• Training of new hires in coordination with the General/Arena Manager and Operations Personnel.
• Oversight of the on‑site staff, including Facility Operators and Facility Support Staff.
• Demonstrate total commitment to outstanding customer service for both internal and external customers.
