Job summary

FMC Ice Sports is seeking a Facility Operator to help maintain clean, safe facilities and to operate ice resurfacing equipment. You will work nights, weekends and some holidays as needed to meet patron needs.

Training is provided and opportunities for advancement exist within a supportive team. The role requires a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.
• Self-starter with ability to analyze situations and develop solutions with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to work with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and secure facility.
• Make and maintain ice surface and maintain arena facilities.
• Ensure facilities are cleaned on a regular basis.
• Demonstrate total commitment to outstanding customer service for both internal and external customers.
