Job summary

Facility Management Corporation, known as FMC Ice Sports, seeks a Facility Operator to maintain clean, safe arenas and support public ice activities. You will drive and operate the ice resurfacer, perform routine maintenance, and ensure facilities are ready for patrons; shifts include nights, weekends, and some holidays.

No prior rink experience is required—training is provided. Requirements: HS Diploma or GED, at least 21 with a valid driver’s license, strong communication and organizational

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and secure facility.
• Make and maintain ice surface and maintain arena facilities.
• Ensure facilities are cleaned on a regular basis.
• Demonstrate total commitment to outstanding customer service for both internal and external customers.
