Qualifications

• ICC Reinforced Concrete and /or Structural Masonry is required.
• Florida commercial building inspection license in two or more disciplines is a Plus.
• Ability to learn to read and interpret plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structural inspections for rebar, masonry, post-tensioning, and foundations.
• Perform field materials testing of soil, concrete, and asphalt.
• Prepare detailed field reports with all relevant test results.
