Qualifications

• ICC Reinforced Concrete certification required.
• ICC Structural Masonry is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, safety rules, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Structural inspections for rebar, masonry, post-tensioning, and foundations
• Field materials testing of soil, concrete, and asphalt
• Prepare detailed field reports with test results and observations
• Perform laboratory tests on soil and concrete and report results
• Evaluate site/subgrade conditions and provide recommendations
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and staff regarding construction issues
