Job summary

NOVA Engineering and Environmental, LLC is seeking an ICC Special Inspector (Reinforced Concrete &/or Masonry) for our Raleigh, NC office. The ideal candidate will conduct structural inspections and perform materials testing while ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications

• ICC Reinforced Concrete and/or Structural Masonry certification is required.
• Ability to learn to read and interpret plans, specifications, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structural inspections for rebar, masonry, post-tensioning, and foundations.
• Perform field materials testing of soil, concrete, and asphalt.
• Prepare detailed field reports with test results.
• Perform laboratory tests on soil and concrete.
